Business spotlight: Wrench Auto Service
Wrench Auto Service was founded more than twenty years ago in Middleton by Ben Beere and Reid Luedtke. The full-service auto repair shop handles most American, Japanese and Korean brands in their state-of-the-art repair facility on Laura Lane, where their ASE-certified technicians use modern computer technology and advanced automotive techniques to 'fix it right the first time'. The shop also allows for proper handling of all waste oils, oil filters, antifreeze and gear lubes to ensure all these petroleum products and used tires are safely recycled by their licensed industry partners. In addition, they recycle 100% of the cardboard and paper shipping materials that they receive from new part orders, as well as all old metal car parts that are removed from vehicles. Wrench Auto Service is so confident in their customer service and work quality that they back all repairs with a 12-month/12,000 mile parts and labor warranty.

Committee of the Whole might set priorities
The City of Middleton's Committee of the Whole will meet this coming Friday, January 27, at City Hall. The Committee of the Whole is composed of the same people as the Common Council, but it is not chaired by the mayor, but by the Council president. It also does not make any final decisions, but holds wider-ranging and less formal discussions on items that are often more general in nature than specific council business and provide a framework for the Council's work in the months to come.
