Business spotlight: Dunn's Import
Dunn's Import has been providing excellence in automotive service since 1979 (which also makes it the oldest business under the same ownership and at the same location on University Avenue). Family-owned and -operated, it prides itself on its community-minded business practices, cutting-edge equipment, modern and clean facilities, and, last but not least, highly trained and competent staff. It is one of the few independent service centers that meet Bosch’s strict requirements for technician certification, diagnostic training and using quality OEM parts. Dunn's Import competes on quality and service, not price, and focuses on providing the highest value, not the cheapest price. Most importantly, they build strong and lasting customer relationships, which is why they've been here for over forty years. As the name implies, they specialize in later-model foreign cars (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volkswagen, Acura, Honda, Lexus, Subaru, Toyota) because it allows them to provide better value. That focus has allowed them to invest in the specific tools, software and training required to work on today’s complex foreign cars.
