New zoning code: Public hearing on November 14
The City of Middleton is proposing to repeal and replace Chapter 10 (Zoning Ordinance), Chapter 22 (Sign Code) and Chapter 33 (Outdoor Lighting Code) of its code of ordinances, and to adopt a new Zoning Map. Once these ordinances and the new zoning map have been adopted, all properties in the city that are not located in a 'planned development district' will receive a new zoning classification.
