City fails pedestrians and bus riders
In what looks like a failure by the City of Middleton's Parks and Recreation Department's leadership to manage resources and prioritize correctly led to a break-down in snow-removal services last week and weekend. While streets were cleared by the Public Works Department with remarkable speed considering the amount of snow that had fallen, pedestrians and bus riders had to wait for days before all bus stops and City-owned sidewalks were passable.
