On Tuesday, December 17, the Middleton Common Council unanimously approved a proclamation paying tribute to retiring police chief Troy Hellenbrand and his service to the community. He received a standing ovation from all present, including many members of his department (pictured below). He is pictured above with Middleton Mayor Emily Kuhn and, left to right in the background, Kim Madden (district 2), Todd Kalish (district 4), Matt Fleming (city attorney) and Katy Nelson (district 3).
